Returns & Refunds
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity:
Your satisfaction is our top priority – so if, contrary to expectations, you are not happy with an item, you can easily return it within our voluntarily extended return period of 30 days from receipt of the goods under the conditions of our right of withdrawal and terms and conditions. (The item must be handed over to the shipping service provider no later than the 30th day after delivery)
Please, if possible, pack your product in the original box. The goods should show no signs of use beyond what is legally permitted.
Send the goods back to us without delay. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 30-day return period expires.
As soon as the item has arrived with us, we will refund the amount paid to the payment method used for the order within 14 days, including the delivery costs.
Exception:
For parcels that are not collected (e.g. at a DHL or DPD branch) and are returned to us, we reserve the right to retain the return shipping costs of €5.95.

How to return and costs for freight forwarding returns:
Items delivered by freight forwarding that you wish to return will also be collected by a freight forwarder, but only after arranging a pick-up appointment with you. Please contact a freight forwarder of your choice directly (NOT Codeso Living) to arrange everything else. Freight forwarders will only collect the goods in appropriate transport packaging. Therefore, please make sure to return the goods undamaged/in their original condition in the original packaging. Please only dispose of the boxes once you have checked the goods and wish to keep them.
The direct return costs for freight forwarding items, i.e. items we shipped to you by freight forwarding due to their nature, are to be borne by you. The costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately €130-150 within Germany.
