Returns & Refunds
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities:
Your satisfaction is important to us - so if an item does not meet your expectations, you can easily return it within our voluntarily extended return period of 30 days from receipt of the goods under the conditions of our right of withdrawal and terms and conditions. (The item must be handed over to the shipping service provider no later than the 30th day after delivery)
Please pack your product in the original box if possible. The goods should show no signs of use beyond what is legally permissible.
Please send the goods back to us without delay. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 30-day return period.
As soon as the item has arrived with us, we will refund the amount paid to the payment method used for the order within 14 days, including the delivery costs.
Exceptions:
1. If the minimum order value for free delivery (100 €) is undershot due to the return, the shipping costs of 5.95 € will be deducted from the refund.
2. For packages that are not collected (e.g., at a DHL or DPD branch) and are returned to us, we reserve the right to withhold the return shipping costs of 5.95 €.

Process and costs of a freight return:
Freight goods that you wish to return will generally be collected again by a freight company and only after prior appointment with you. Please contact a freight company of your choice directly (NOT Codeso Living) to arrange everything else. Freight companies only collect goods again if they are in appropriate transport packaging. Please therefore ensure that the goods are returned intact / in their original condition in the original packaging. Please only dispose of the boxes after you have checked and decided to keep the goods.
The immediate return costs for freight goods, i.e., items that we have sent to you by freight due to their nature, are to be borne by you. The costs are estimated to be at most about 120 € within Germany.

Non-returnable items:
The following items cannot be returned:
- Special orders with individual configurations
- Custom-made products
*Definition standard parcel: total girth max. 300 cm, max. 20 kg (The total girth is calculated as: (height + width) x 2 + length)
**Definition bulky goods: longest and shortest side together max. 180 cm, max. 30 kg (only within Germany)
