A. Right Of Withdrawal Information

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity:

Right Of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Franziska Knöchel, Codeso Living, Bilker Allee 21, 40219 Düsseldorf, Germany, Tel.: 0211/17838894, E-Mail: info@codeso-living.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences Of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us or to Codeso Living, Gielenstr. 71, 41460 Neuss, Germany, without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning such goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned to us by normal post (freight goods), are estimated for each such item at a maximum of about 130-150 euros.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, features, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion Or Early Expiry Of The Right Of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Linked/Financed Transactions

If you finance this contract through a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly to be assumed if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation regarding the financing. If the loan has already been provided to us when the withdrawal becomes effective or when the goods are returned, your lender enters into our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives). If you wish to avoid a binding contractual relationship as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of withdrawal for that as well.

General Notes

1) Please avoid damage and soiling of the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
