Exchange and complaint
You have received an item that was not delivered in perfect condition? We are very sorry that you have received an item that does not meet our quality standards.
All items are checked for quality before shipping. Should it still happen that you receive a damaged item, you can of course complain about the item:
To do so, please contact us as soon as you have received your order (at the latest within 8 days from receipt of the shipment) via our contact form or directly by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We need the following information from you so that a member of our customer service team can offer you a suitable solution:
- Your order number
- Details of the damage
- 5 photos of the damaged / defective item
- Photos of the barcode on the item
- 5 photos of the inner and outer packaging used to protect the item, including the shipping label.
Please return the item at our expense after consultation. We will exchange the damaged item for a new one. If the item is out of stock, we will refund you immediately after receiving the item.
