Payment

HERE YOU WILL FIND AN OVERVIEW OF ALL PAYMENT OPTIONS.

You can pay in the following ways: Paypal, PayPal Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, by credit card with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express, Klarna invoice and Klarna Sofort. And of course you can always pay with a previously purchased voucher.

PayPal

Select Paypal from the menu bar and log in, if you are not a customer yet. Fill out the form according to the instructions and send the payment order. Returns will be credited to the Paypal account used.

PayPal Express

Select PayPal Express as an express checkout directly from the product page. Fill out the form according to the instructions and submit the payment order. Returns will be credited to the Paypal account used.

Apple Pay

Select Apple Pay from the menu bar and sign in if you are not already a customer. Complete the screen according to the instructions and submit the payment order. Returns will be credited to the Apple Pay account used.

Google Pay

Select Google Pay from the menu bar and sign in if you are not already a customer. Complete the screen according to the instructions and submit the payment order. Returns will be credited to the Google Pay account used.

Credit card

Select the credit card payment method in the menu bar and enter your credit card details there. Your payment will be made via encrypted transfer, just like regular online banking. Returns will be credited to the credit card used.

Klarna Invoice

Select Klarna Invoice from the menu bar and log in if you are not yet a customer. Fill out the form according to the instructions and send the payment order. Returns will be credited to the Klarna account used.

Klarna Instant

Select Klarna Sofort from the menu bar and log in if you are not yet a customer. Fill out the form according to the instructions and send the payment order. Returns will be credited to the Klarna account used.

Voucher

Simply pay with your voucher during the checkout process. Enter the code in the shopping cart or on the checkout page and confirm.

Shipping

FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER 100 € WITHIN GERMANY.

Shipping costs are per order and delivery address.

The shipping method depends on product type, weight and/or size.

Packages and small furniture

Shipping is done with DPD, DHL, UPS or GLS.

We process and ship orders during our business hours. These are from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 o'clock to 20:00 o'clock (except on legal holidays). The goods are ready for dispatch, if in stock, at the latest one working day after receipt of payment.

If your order cannot be delivered all at once for technical reasons, we also offer you a partial delivery. The shipping costs will then only be charged once. For environmental reasons we prefer to send the whole order.

You will receive a shipping email with a tracking link as soon as your order has left our warehouse. The tracking of the shipment should then be possible after about 24 hours.

Please note that some items (e.g. arc lamps) are shipped in multiple packages (shipment numbers). Although the parcels are handed over to the parcel service provider at the same time, in some cases it cannot be ruled out that they will be delivered ondifferent days.

Unfortunately, delivery to packing stations is not possible.

There is no appointment by telephone.

Large furniture

Large furniture is shipped by a forwarding agent. In order for you to arrange a desired delivery date with the forwarding agent, they will contact you by telephone.

In order to make a delivery possible, please remember to state a daytime telephone number (preferably a mobile phone number) in the purchase transaction / order. The delivery takes place to the so-called curb, i.e. the forwarding agency is only responsible for the delivery to the front of the house, but not for the transport to your home.

If you would like to have your shipment delivered to your own four walls, we offer you theadditional service of 2-man handling. With this extended forwarding delivery, the shipping time is extended by about 3-4 days and there is an additional charge of 79 €. However, the 2-man handling is limited to thedelivery directly to the home and does not include the assembly of the furniture.
