Shipping costs are incurred per order and delivery address.

The shipping method depends on the type, weight, and/or size of the product.

Packages and Small Furniture

Shipping is done with DPD, DHL, UPS, or GLS.

We process and ship orders during our business hours, which are Monday to Saturday
from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (except on public holidays). The goods are ready for dispatch at the latest one working day after payment is received, provided they are in stock.

If your order cannot be delivered all at once for technical reasons, we also offer you a
partial delivery. The shipping costs will then only be charged once. For environmental reasons, we prefer to ship the entire order.

You will receive a shipping email with a tracking link as soon as your order has left our warehouse. Tracking the shipment should generally be possible after about 24 hours.

Please note that some items (e.g., arc lamps) are shipped in multiple packages (tracking numbers). Although the packages are handed over to the carrier at the same time, it cannot be ruled out in some cases that they will be delivered on different days.

Delivery to parcel stations is unfortunately not possible.

No telephone appointment scheduling takes place.

Large Furniture

Shipping of Large Furniture is done via freight forwarding. In order for you to arrange a desired delivery date with the freight forwarder, they will contact you by phone.

To enable delivery, please remember to provide a daytime reachable phone number (preferably a mobile number) during the checkout/order process.
Delivery is made to the so-called curbside, meaning the freight forwarder is only responsible for delivery to the front of the house, not for transport into your apartment.

If you would like your shipment delivered into your home, we offer you the additional service of 2-man handling. With this extended freight delivery, the shipping time is extended by about 3-4 days, and an additional €79 will be charged in the shopping cart. However, the 2-man handling is limited to delivery directly into the apartment and does not include the assembly of the furniture pieces.

Please also note that delivery in both freight cases can take place Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 4 PM.

Especially with larger upholstered furniture, it is essential to feel the fabric. Therefore, we offer you as a service up to 5 of our free fabric samples. Simply select the desired fabric and choose your favorite color.
