The shipping method depends on the product type, weight and/or size.

Packages and small furniture

Shipments are made with DPD, DHL, UPS or GLS.

We process and ship orders during our business hours. These are from Monday to Saturday
from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (except public holidays). The goods, if in stock, are ready for dispatch no later than one working day after receipt of payment.

If your order cannot be delivered at once for technical reasons, we will also offer you a
partial delivery. The shipping costs will then only be charged once. For environmental reasons, we prefer to ship the entire order.

You will receive a shipping email with a tracking link as soon as your order has left our warehouse. The tracking of the shipment should then usually be completed after approx. 24 hours a day.

Please note that some items (e.g. arc lamps) are shipped in multiple packages (tracking numbers). Although the parcels are handed over to the parcel service provider at the same time, in some cases it cannot be ruled out that they will be delivered on different days.

Unfortunately, delivery to packing stations is not possible.

There is no telephone appointment.

 

Großmöbel

The shipment of large furniture is carried out by freight forwarder. In order for you to be able to arrange a desired delivery date with the forwarding agent, they will contact you by phone.

In order to enable delivery, please remember to provide a telephone number (preferably mobile number) that can be reached during the day in the purchase process / order.
The delivery takes place up to the so-called curb, i.e. the forwarding company is only responsible for the delivery to the house, but not for the transport to your apartment.

If you would like to have your shipment delivered to your own four walls, we offer you the additional service of 2-man handling. With this extended forwarding delivery, the shipping time will be extended by about 3-4 days and an additional 79€ will be charged in the shopping cart. However, the 2-man handling is limited to delivery directly to the apartment and does not include the assembly of the furniture.

Please also note that in both cases of forwarding Mondays
until Fridays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m..
