The high-quality candles are all poured by Hand in sunny California and are made from a unique coconut wax blend that burns up to 90% cleaner than 100% soy wax. Each fragrance blend is created with careful Hand craftsmanship by the brand’s own perfumers, using only the finest ingredients, sustainably sourced from around the world. Each distinctive vessel is lovingly conceived by in-house artists, turning these scented candles into true beauties and real eye-catchers.

We process and dispatch orders during our business hours. These are Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (except on public holidays). Please note our differing Showroom opening hours.

Shipping costs apply per order and delivery address. The shipping method depends on the type of product, weight, and/or size. Standard parcels* are shipped with GLS, DPD, DHL, or UPS.

You will receive a shipping email with a tracking link as soon as your order has left our warehouse. Tracking the shipment is usually possible after about 24 hours.

If your order cannot be delivered all at once for technical reasons, we also offer partial delivery. Shipping costs will then be charged only once. For environmental reasons, we prefer to send the entire order at once.

Please note that some items (e.g., side tables) are shipped in several packages (tracking numbers). Although the packages are handed over to the parcel service provider at the same time, it cannot be ruled out in some cases that they will be delivered on different days.

Delivery to parcel stations is unfortunately not possible.

We deliver free of charge within Germany from a merchandise value of €100 (applies only to non-discounted goods). Below this merchandise value, we charge a flat rate of €4.95.

If the minimum order value for free delivery (€100) is undershot due to a return, the shipping costs of €4.95 will be charged afterwards.

For parcels not collected (e.g., at a DHL or DPD branch) and returned to us, we reserve the right to withhold the return shipping costs of €4.95.

For our free fabric samples, we charge a shipping flat rate of €2.95, which will be credited upon purchase.
