We process and dispatch orders during our business hours. These are Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (except on public holidays). Please note our differing Showroom opening hours.

Shipping costs apply per order and delivery address. The shipping method depends on the type of product, weight, and/or size. Standard parcels* are shipped with DPD, DHL, UPS, or GLS. Bulky goods** are sent with Hermes and UPS. Freight deliveries are made, among others, with DSV, Dachser, and Cargo International.

You will receive a shipping email with a tracking link as soon as your order has left our warehouse. Tracking the shipment is usually possible after about 24 hours.

If your order cannot be delivered all at once for technical reasons, we also offer partial delivery. Shipping costs will then be charged only once. For environmental reasons, we prefer to send the entire order at once.

Please note that some items (e.g., side tables) are shipped in several packages (tracking numbers). Although the packages are handed over to the parcel service provider at the same time, it cannot be ruled out in some cases that they will be delivered on different days.

Delivery to parcel stations is unfortunately not possible.

OUR SHIPPING COSTS AT A GLANCE

Standard parcel* - DELIVERIES WITHIN GERMANY

We deliver free of charge within Germany from a merchandise value of €100 (applies only to non-discounted goods). Below this merchandise value and for discounted items, we charge a flat rate of €5.95.

If the minimum order value for free delivery (€100) is undershot due to a return, the shipping costs of €5.95 will be charged afterwards.

For parcels not collected (e.g., at a DHL or DPD branch) and returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the return shipping costs of €5.95.

For our free fabric samples, we charge a shipping flat rate of €2.95, which will be credited upon purchase.

Standard parcel* - DELIVERIES TO EUROPEAN COUNTRIES

Shipping costs to the following European countries are calculated by weight at checkout:

Bulky goods** - DELIVERIES (ONLY WITHIN GERMANY)

Under certain conditions, items that, due to their nature, do not fall under the standard parcel* regulations but are not yet freight goods, can be shipped with Hermes as so-called bulky goods**. Bulky goods deliveries within Germany are free of charge. Please note the special return regulations for shipping with Hermes.

Freight shipping - Overview

(Large) furniture or particularly heavy, bulky, and fragile items (e.g., floor lamps, mirrors, or pictures) are usually delivered by freight. Please provide your telephone number, preferably a mobile number, for delivery during the checkout process.

Standard freight
The delivery is made up to the so-called curbside, i.e., the delivery is made up to the house but cannot be carried into the apartment. If you cannot carry the goods into the apartment yourself, please arrange external help in advance.

Freight including 2-man handling (only within Germany)
In Germany, we offer freight delivery with a 2-man team to the desired destination at the delivery address within 5-8 working days from dispatch for an additional charge. Please select this in the shopping cart and also provide your telephone number for delivery during checkout.

Premium freight including 2-man handling (only within Germany)

Premium Plus freight including 2-man handling (only within Germany)

Delivery process

To arrange your desired delivery date with the freight company, they will contact you by phone. To enable delivery, please remember to provide a daytime reachable telephone number (preferably a mobile number) during checkout/order.

Please also note that delivery in both freight cases can take place Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Important information on returning freight deliveries:

Freight goods you wish to return will generally be collected again by a freight company only after prior appointment with you. Please contact a freight company of your choice directly (NOT Codeso Living) to arrange further details. Freight companies only collect goods again if they are in appropriate transport packaging. Please ensure that the goods are returned undamaged / in their original condition in the original packaging. Please only dispose of the boxes after you have checked and decided to keep the goods.

The immediate return costs for freight goods, i.e., items we have shipped to you by freight due to their nature, are to be borne by you. The costs are estimated at a maximum of about €120 within Germany.
