Our Shipping Terms and Costs for Freight Goods and Bulky Items at a Glance

We process and ship orders during our business hours. These are Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (except on public holidays). Please note our differing Showroom opening hours.

Shipping costs apply per order and delivery address. The shipping method depends on the type of product, weight, and/or size. Bulky items** are shipped with Hermes or DPD. Freight deliveries are made, among others, with DSV, Dachser, DHL, and Cargo International.

You will receive a shipping email with a tracking link as soon as your order has left our warehouse. Tracking the shipment is usually possible after about 24 hours.

If your order cannot be delivered all at once for technical reasons, we also offer partial delivery. Shipping costs will then be charged only once. For environmental reasons, we prefer to ship the entire order at once.

Please note that some items (e.g., side tables) are shipped in several packages (tracking numbers). Although the packages are handed over to the parcel service provider at the same time, it cannot be ruled out in some cases that they will be delivered on different days.

Delivery to parcel stations is unfortunately not possible.

Bulky Items - DELIVERIES (ONLY WITHIN GERMANY)**

Under certain conditions, items that, due to their nature, do not fall under the standard parcel* regulations but are not yet freight goods can be shipped as so-called bulky items**. Bulky item deliveries within Germany are free of charge. Please note the special return regulations for shipping bulky items.

The immediate return costs for bulky items, i.e., items we have shipped to you by freight due to their nature, are to be borne by you. The costs are estimated at a maximum of about 120 € within Germany.

Freight Shipping - Overview

(Large) furniture or particularly heavy, bulky, and fragile items (e.g., floor lamps, mirrors, or pictures) are usually delivered by freight. Please be sure to provide your telephone number for delivery during the checkout process.

Standard Freight Delivery to the Curbside
The delivery is made to the so-called curbside, i.e., the delivery is made up to the house but cannot be carried into the apartment. If you are unable to carry the goods into the apartment yourself, please arrange external help in advance.

Premium Freight including Two-Man Handling (only within Germany)
In Germany, we offer freight delivery with a two-man team to the desired location at the delivery address within 7 - 12 working days from dispatch for an additional charge of 149 €. Please select this in the shopping cart and also provide your telephone number for delivery during the checkout process.
