  • Trim the wicks to about 1 cm each time you burn
  • Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface or a candle tray
  • Let the wax melt to the edge of the candle each time you burn it to avoid tunneling
  • Keep candles away from drafts to ensure a smoke-free, clean burn
  • Use a wick snuffer to extinguish your candle without soot or smoke
  • Transform the luxurious glass into something beautifully new after burning

  • Remove the cap and insert the diffuser sticks
  • Always place the diffuser on an oil-resistant surface
  • Carefully turn the sticks weekly to improve scent distribution
  • For an optimal scent, let the diffuser sticks absorb fragrance oil for 24 to 48 hours before turning them over

We process and dispatch orders during our business hours. These are Monday to Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (except on public holidays). Please note our differing Showroom opening hours. 

Shipping costs apply per order and delivery address. The shipping method depends on the type of product, weight, and/or size. Standard parcels* are shipped with GLS, DPD, DHL, or UPS. 

You will receive a shipping email with a tracking link as soon as your order has left our warehouse. Tracking the shipment is usually possible after about 24 hours.

If your order cannot be delivered all at once for technical reasons, we also offer partial delivery. Shipping costs will then be charged only once. For environmental reasons, we prefer to send the entire order at once.

Please note that some items (e.g., side tables) are shipped in several packages (tracking numbers). Although the packages are handed over to the parcel service provider at the same time, it cannot be ruled out in some cases that they will be delivered on different days.

Delivery to parcel stations is unfortunately not possible.

We deliver free of charge within Germany from a merchandise value of €100 (applies only to non-discounted goods). Below this merchandise value, we charge a flat rate of €4.95. 

If the minimum order value for free delivery (€100) is undershot due to a return, the shipping costs of €4.95 will be charged afterwards.

For parcels not collected (e.g., at a DHL or DPD branch) and returned to us, we reserve the right to withhold the return shipping costs of €4.95.

For our free fabric samples, we charge a shipping flat rate of €2.95, which will be credited upon purchase.
