About BOSAIn the northwest of Veneto, a charming hilly landscape with babbling mountain streams, lies the town of Borso del Grappa. The town is named after the mountain towering above it as well as the delicious brandy, whose grapes are grown at its foot. But neither the wine nor the brandy led to the founding of the Italian manufacturer Bosa in 1976. It is the centuries-old ceramic industry in the Venetian region that enticed Italo Bosa to establish the company. After all, the young Italian wanted to produce his ceramics in the old tradition, by Hand in a rich colour palette, complemented with precious metals such as gold, platinum and copper; to paint, glaze and enamel them with the utmost precision. Only excellently trained craftsmen produce these small works of art in this unique quality, experimenting with the potential of earthenware, shapes and colours, and innovatively developing the manufacturing process. Thanks to collaborations with other well-known brands such as Minotti, Moroso and B&B Italia, Bosa also attracts the attention of international artists and museums. We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (except on public holidays). Please note our separate Showroom opening hours.
The shipping costs are charged per order and delivery address. The shipping method depends on the type of product, weight, and/or size. Standard parcels* are shipped with DPD, DHL, UPS, or GLS. Bulky goods** are shipped with Hermes and UPS. Freight shipments are handled, among others, by DSV, Dachser, and Cargo International.
You will receive a shipping email with a tracking link as soon as your order has left our warehouse. Tracking is usually possible after approx. 24 hours.
If your order cannot be delivered all at once for technical reasons, we also offer you a partial delivery. Shipping costs are only charged once. For environmental reasons, we prefer to ship the entire order at once.
Please note that some items (e.g. side tables) are shipped in several parcels (tracking numbers). Although the parcels are handed over to the parcel service at the same time, it cannot be ruled out that they may be delivered on different days in some cases.
Unfortunately, delivery to parcel stations is not possible.
OUR SHIPPING COSTS AT A GLANCE
Standard Parcel* – DELIVERIES WITHIN GERMANY
We offer free shipping within Germany for orders of 100 € or more (applies only to non-discounted goods; certain fragile goods excluded). For orders below this value and for discounted items, we charge a flat rate of 5.95 EUR. For fragile goods such as mirrors or Wall Art, a logistics surcharge of 39.95 € may be applied in certain cases; this is calculated at checkout.
If a return causes the minimum order value for free shipping (100 €) to be undercut, the shipping costs of 5.95 € will be charged retroactively.
For parcels that are not collected (e.g. at a DHL or DPD branch) and are returned to us, we reserve the right to retain the return shipping costs of 5.95 €.
For our free fabric samples, we charge a shipping fee of 2.95 €, which will be credited towards a purchase.

Under certain conditions, items that do not fall under the Standard Parcel* regulations due to their nature, but are not yet freight goods, can be shipped as so-called bulky goods** with Hermes. Bulky goods deliveries within Germany are free of charge. However, please note the separate return regulations for shipping with Hermes.
Freight Shipping – Overview
(Large) furniture or particularly heavy, bulky, and fragile items (e.g. floor lamps, mirrors, or Wall Art) are generally delivered by freight carrier. Please provide your telephone number, preferably a mobile number, during checkout for delivery arrangements.
Standard Freight
Delivery is made to the so-called curbside, i.e. the delivery is made to the front of the house, but cannot be carried into the apartment. If you are unable to carry the goods into your home yourself, please arrange for external help in advance.
Freight incl. 2-person handling (only within Germany)
In Germany, we offer freight delivery with a 2-person team to the desired location at the delivery address within 5-8 working days from dispatch for an additional charge. Please select this option in the shopping cart and also provide your telephone number for delivery arrangements during checkout.

Delivery Process
So that you can arrange your preferred delivery date with the freight carrier, they will contact you by phone. To enable delivery, please remember to provide a telephone number (preferably a mobile number) that can be reached during the day in the checkout / order process.
Please also note that delivery in both freight cases can take place Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Important Information on Returning Freight Shipments:
Freight items you wish to return will also be collected by a freight carrier and only after prior appointment with you. Please contact a freight carrier of your choice directly (NOT Codeso Living) to arrange everything else. Freight carriers will only collect the goods in proper transport packaging. Therefore, please ensure that you return the goods undamaged / in their original condition in the original packaging. Please only dispose of the boxes once you have checked the goods and wish to keep them.
The direct return costs for freight items, i.e. items we shipped to you by freight due to their nature, are to be borne by you. The costs for this are estimated at a maximum of approx. 120 € within Germany.
