Our shipping conditions and costs for freight and bulky goods at a glance

We process and ship orders during our business hours. These are Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm (except on public holidays). Please note our different Showroom opening hours.

Shipping costs are incurred per order and delivery address. The shipping method depends on the product type, weight and/or size. We ship bulky goods** with Hermes or DPD. Freight deliveries are made with DSV, Dachser, DHL and Cargo International, among others.

You will receive a shipping email with a tracking link as soon as your order has left our warehouse. Tracking is usually possible after approx. 24 hours.

If your order cannot be delivered all at once for technical reasons, we also offer you a partial delivery. Shipping costs will only be charged once. For environmental reasons, we prefer to ship the entire order at once.

Please note that some items (e.g. side tables) are shipped in multiple packages (tracking numbers). Although the packages are handed over to the parcel service at the same time, in some cases it is possible that they are delivered on different days.

Unfortunately, delivery to parcel stations is not possible.

OUR SHIPPING COSTS AT A GLANCE

Bulky Goods** - DELIVERIES (WITHIN GERMANY ONLY)

Under certain conditions, items that due to their nature do not fall under the standard parcel* regulations, but are not yet considered freight, can be shipped as so-called bulky goods**. For bulky goods deliveries within Germany, we charge €19.95 per order. Please note the special return regulations for the shipping of bulky goods.

The direct return costs for bulky goods, i.e. items that we have shipped to you by freight forwarding due to their nature, are to be borne by you. The costs for this are estimated at a maximum of about €120 within Germany. 

Freight Forwarding - Overview

(Large) furniture or particularly heavy, bulky and fragile items (e.g. floor lamps, mirrors or Wall Art) are generally delivered by freight forwarding. Please make sure to provide your phone number for delivery during checkout.

Standard Freight Forwarding Curbside
Delivery is made to the so-called curbside, i.e. the delivery is made to the front of the house, but cannot be carried into the apartment. If you are unable to carry the goods into your apartment yourself, please arrange for external help in advance. 

Premium Freight Forwarding incl. 2-man handling (only within Germany)
In Germany, we offer freight forwarding with a 2-man team to your desired location at the delivery address within 7 - 12 business days from dispatch for a shipping price of €149.00. Please select this option in the shopping cart and also provide your phone number for delivery during checkout.

Shipping costs: €39.00. For orders over €799.00, standard freight forwarding within Germany is free of charge.

Delivery process

So that you can arrange your preferred delivery date with the freight company, they will contact you by phone. To enable delivery, please remember to provide a phone number (preferably a mobile number) that can be reached during the day in the checkout / order process.

Please also note that delivery in both freight cases can take place Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm.

Important information about returning freight deliveries:

Freight items you wish to return will also always be picked up by a freight company and only after prior appointment with you. Please contact a freight company of your choice directly (NOT Codeso Living) to clarify everything else. Freight companies will only pick up the goods in proper transport packaging. Therefore, please make sure to return the goods undamaged / in their original condition in the original packaging. So please only dispose of the boxes once you have checked the goods and wish to keep them.
